He has been nicknamed "The Candy Man" due to his employment in a candy store during his high school years in Sweden.

Vincent played on the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes golf team.

In 2012 he was named the Peach Belt Conference Men's Golf Player of the Year.

As an ameteur he won the 2018 Hurricane Invitational, 2019 Hurricane Invitational, Aflac-Cougar Invitational, NSU Shark Invitational, Queens University Invitational (tied with Leo Johansson), 2020 Newberry College Invitational, Southeastern Collegiate and 2021 Timuquana Collegiate.

He turned pro in 2021.

Vincent Norrman won his first PGA Tour event, the Barbasol Championship in July 2023 in a playoff against Nathan Kimsey. His total score was 266 (-22)

In September 2023 he won the Horizon Irish Open with a total score of 274 (-14). Runner up was Hurly Long from Germany one stroke behind.

He played in the 2023 US Open but did not make the cut.
