Sepp Straka is from Vienna, Austria.
Sepp Straka was born on the 1st of May 1993 to an Austrian father and an American mother.
His family moved to the US when Straka was 14 years old.
Straka played college golf at the University of Georgia from 2011 to 2016 and turned professional in 2016.
He also competed in the 2020 (2021) Summer Olympics where he finished tied for 10th.
In February 2022 he won his first PGA Tournament, The Honda Classic. Runner up was Shane Lowry.
Winning the title Sepp Straka became the first Austrian to ever win a PGA Tournament.
