Ratchanon TK Chantananuwat is from Bangkok, Thailand and was born on the 5th of March 2007.
Chantananuwat first picked up a golf club at age three and competed in his first tournament at age four.
At just 14 years of age Ratchanon is the third youngest player ever to make the cut at the halfway stage in an the Asian Tour event.
With rounds of 69-71 in the 2022 Saudi International Ratchanon finished the first 36 holes level par, three shots inside the 3 over cut line.

As an amateur he won the 2020 TJDT Invitational, Faldo Series Thailand Championship - Hua Hin.
He represented Thailand at the Southeast Asian Games in 2021.
On the 10th of April 2022 Ratchanon "TK" Chantananuwat won the Trust Golf Asian Mixed Cup (as an amateur). His total score was 268 (-20). Runer up 2 shots behind was Tom Kim.
By winning the 2022 Trust Golf Asian Mixed Cup, he became the youngest winner of an Official World Golf Ranking event at the age of 15 years and 37 days.
Chantananuwat’s amateur career is marked by several notable performances. He reached the semi-finals of The Amateur Championship in June 2023 at Hillside Golf Club in England, losing to Ronan Kleu.
In 2023, Chantananuwat announced his intention to attend Stanford University in the United States.
