Scottie Scheffler went to the University of Texas
After winning the 2013 U.S. Junior, Scheffler joined the University of Texas golf team. During his time as a Longhorn, Scottie helped Texas win 3 Big 12 conference championships and was given the Phil Mickelson Freshman of the Year award in 2015. As a collegiate player, Scheffler twice qualified for the U.S. Open and played as an amateur.
