The USGA GHIN App allows you to post your scores and create then maintain a handicap. It also helps with tracking of stats and providing course maps with GPS.
The GHIN (Golf Handicap & Information Network) is provided by the USGA, has over 2 million users and covers more than 15,000 golf clubs.
The par and slope ratings for all available courses are used within the GHIN to apply against scores posted for handicap calculations.
