Marcus Armitage ("the Bullet") set a new record in April 2021 when he hit a golf ball 303 yards into the back of a BMW M8 driven by British race car driver Paul O'Neill.
Marcus Armitage turned professional in 2008. He rejoined the European Tour in 2020. His best finish to date was a win in the Porsche European Open in June 2021.
Paul O'Neill competed in the British Touring Car Championship from 2001 to 2013, finishing 4th overall in 2003 and the British GT Championship in 2007, 2008 and 2014.
