The 2021 Men's Olympic golf competition was held 29 July - 1 August at Kasumigaseki Country Club in Japan.

Xander Schauffele, representing the USA, made a number of clutch putts on the back 9 to shoot a 4 under par final round and hold out a fast finishing Rory Sabbatini, representing Slovakia, who shot a 10 under par final round to take the Silver Medal.

CT Pan from Taiwan won a 7 man playoff to win the Bronze Medal.
