Bernhard Langer who has won four Senior Opens. He has won 11 major championships on the Champions Tour.
Bernhard Langer won two major championships being the Masters in 1985 and 1993. He remains a prolific winner, winning some 68 professional events on the regular tour before winning 49 times on the various senior tours.
His achievements are all the more remarkable given Langer has suffered the putting yips at times throughout his career, a condition that has forced others out of professional golf. Langer has used a number of approaches to overcome the issue changing from a traditional reverse overlap putting grip to a cross handed grip that he used on short putts to win the 1985 Masters. In 1988, he went to a split cross-handed forearm grip before finally settling in 1996 on the use of the long broomstick putter.
