Andrew Magee is the only player to have ever scored a hole in one on a par 4 in PGA Tour history. On the 25th of January 2001 he scored his ace at the Phoenix Open.
On the 17th hole at TPC Scottsdale, Magee's tee shot on the 332-yard hole struck the ball of another player (Tom Byrum) on the fairway and ricocheted onto the green and into the hole for an unlikely ace.
