Tiger Woods ultimately selected Stanford University
Tiger spent two years in the Stanford golf program before turning professional. He won his first tournament as a freshman and was selected as the PAC-10 Player of the Year. During Tiger’s college years he won 3 US Amateur titles and the NCAA individual championship. Woods was dominant as a junior and continued this trend during his college career.
