The shortest hole, at 109 yards (99.7 metres), on the PGA Tour as of 2021 is the 7th hole at the Pebble Beach Golf Links in California.
Pebble beach is a public golf course and hosts the annual AT&T Pro-Am.
The 7th is surrounded by six bunkers but is not the course’s most challenging hole, with a handicap rating of 18. But, if you slice the ball it might end up in the Pacific Ocean.
In 1965 Eddie Merrins had a hole in one. Playing into heavy winds, he used a 3-iron to score his ace.
