As of June 2022, Bryson has won 8 times on the PGA Tour, twice on the European Tour and also holds 1 WEb.com Tour win.
DeChambeau’s first PGA tour victory came in 2017 at the John Deere Classic. His best season to date was 2018, when he claimed 4 titles (Memorial, The Northern Trust, Dell Technologies Championship, and the Shriners Hospital for Children Open).
Bryson won the NCAA individual title while in college at SMU and was immediately popular due to his unique approach to the game. DeChambeau takes a scientific approach to the game that has never been seen before in professional golf. For example, all of his irons from wedge through 5-iron are the same length. Very unusual.
You never know what Bryson is going to say or do next, but you can expect the “mad scientist” to continue to fight for trophies on the PGA tour.
