Ben Crenshaw went to the University of Texas
Crenshaw had an impressive college career while competing for the Longhorns of Texas. He won back-to-back-to-back NCAA titles from 1971 to 1973. Later in 1973 Ben decided to turn professional and quickly found success, winning his first event (at the time, he was only the 2nd person to ever achieve this). Crenshaw’s Hall of Fame career continued from there.
